RItrain Surveys on training needs of Managers of RIs
RItrain, the Research Infrastructure Training Programme -an EU-funded Horizon 2020 project aimed at professionalizing the training of managerial and leadership staff in Research Infrastructures- is surveying training needs of Managers of Research Infrastructures to be used in the RItrain staff/knowledge exchange programme.
The purpose of RItrain knowledge/staff exchanges is for managerial staff from European Research Infrastructures to develop managerial and leadership expertise in areas that are new to them, or that they feel their research infrastructure needs to develop specific expertise in, by making short knowledge-exchange visits to research infrastructures that are noted for their excellence in the same area.
RItrain is s inviting the research infrastructure community to inform them of their highest priority training needs in management and leadership by submiting information on management and leadership training needs using this survey. Respondents are welcome to submit more than one training need by re-entering the survey. Also, RItrain is inviting research infrastructures to submit brief proposals for hosting knowledge/staff exchanges in areas where they have expertise (enter the survey).
