DESY Start-up School 2025: Empowering Scientists in Entrepreneurship

Applications Open for the 2025 Edition

The DESY Start-up School 2025 is now accepting applications! This unique program is designed for scientists, engineers, and graduate students looking to explore entrepreneurship in the scientific service sector. Participants will receive 1-on-1 coaching from industry CEOs, expert-led webinars, and pitch training to develop their business ideas. 

The application deadline for the DESY Start-up School 2025 is March 21, 2025. The program will run from April 28 to July 11, 2025, featuring a series of online webinars conducted in English. Participation is free of charge for all applicants. 

The Start-up School, organized by DESY in partnership with the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, is open to researchers worldwide, offering insights into business development, funding strategies, and innovation within the scientific services sector.
